A través del Diario Oficial de la Federación (DOF), se dio a conocer el decreto para la regularización de vehículos usados de procedencia extranjera, también llamados autos chocolate, la Secretaría de Hacienda y Crédito Público compartió las reglas y los lineamientos para legalizar estos vehículos.
La SHCP detalló que solo serán los estados de Baja California Sur y Norte, Chihuahua, Coahuila, Nuevo León, Sonora y Tamaulipas, Durango, Michoacán y Nayarit, podrán ser beneficiados por este decreto, por ahora.
El Gobierno Federal, hizo énfasis en que el principal objetivo de esta medida es controlar la inseguridad que se vive a diario en el país, además de poder brindarles seguridad a los dueños de vehículos adquiridos en el extranjero.
De acuerdo a la publicado por el DOF, el costo de la regularización de estos autos será de 2 mil 500 pesos.
En tanto, en este boletín se puede encontrar un listado de los requisitos con los que se deberá contar para poder hacer este cambio.
Entre los que se encuentran están;
- El año-modelo del vehículo debe ser de ocho o más años anteriores a aquel en que se lleve a cabo la importación.
- La persona que realice la importación debe ser mayor de edad, así como persona física y residente de los estados que marca la SHCP
- Cubrir con el pago mencionado
Además, informaron que todo vehículo que no se encuentre en condiciones físico mecánicas aptas, haya sido reportado como robos, cuenten con una carpeta de investigación o estén relacionados a algún delito, tengan características prohibidas para su circulación, no podrán importarse de forma definitiva.
